Gary Mills is part of the Vanguard of New Wave Victorian Australian Wines. Very much an 'Elder Statesman' in the Lo-Fi wine scene and still kicking goals. 

50% Whole bunch carbonic maceration, left in old french oak for 6 months before bottling. Yarra Valley's little sister varietal is quickly growing up.
