Piquette (said pick-et) is a fizzy wine, much like that of a pet nat. This style of making originated in France where the vineyard workers extracted the last of the sugars from already pressed grapes to then ferment into a lightly fizzy and lower ABV drink.

This is made using the skins of Yarra Valley Chardonnay, alongside Fiano and Moscato Giallo from Heathcote. It’s aromatic and very refreshing, 375ml of deliciousness
