Another treat from Matt Aulich, this time Shiraz rosé with fruit from Garry Rice's Concongella vineyard in the Grampians. Shiraz rosé like this always look so round and silky where texturally it feels so supple. Just in time for spring. Highly recommend smashing it in Methven Park and witnessing the blooms of love, self-reflection, or flowers!
