'fermented on skins using indigenous yeasts. 60% Zibibbo, 30% Chardonnay, 10% Riesling. Tropical salad fruits grown in red earth. Full skins but you wouldn’t know it. Put it in an esky and head to the beach.' 

For us it's a truly tropical weather experience with heady aromas and grippy texture. A wine that sows how far this place has come in producing skin contact wines, proper world class.
