We've teamed up with some legendary Lo-Fi Legends to take some 'Off-Cuts/ Dup-Plates'.

This Skin Contact Savagnin from *Redacted* spends 10 days on skins prior to ageing in large Stockinger barrels. It has a real Jura feel to it but riper and less nuttiness.

A killer wine with Maximum Flavour but Minimum Effort.
