YATK with a fresh new take on an ancient red variety. It jumps out of the glass with red jubey fruits and musky pink floral notes. High, fresh acidity––we serve this one straight from the fridge.

Versatile with a lot of foods, from a plate of cured meats to stronger flavoured Asian dishes (think––Shanghai braised pork belly). Super interesting and delicious springtime light red!
