Gary Mills is part of the Vanguard of New Wave Victorian Australian Wines. Very much an 'Elder Statesman' in the Lo-Fi wine scene and still kicking goals. 

3 days skin contact on this Gris gave this gorgeous orange hued rosé. Fermented in a huge 5000 litre barrel to gain texture. Alsace style. Turkish delight in spades. Dry and full of flavour.
