Verdelho makes a savage comeback into the limelight with this release from YATK. The organic fruit spent three weeks on skins and was fermented to dryness, then aged in old oak for quite a while. So, what this means for you is a delicious, tropical and textural, dry, orange wine that you can enjoy the s*%$ out of when you pull it out of the fridge and pour it in your glass then put it in your mouth.
