Francois and Pascaline Plouzeau maintain a biodynamic vineyard near the village of Richelieu which lies south of Tours quite close to the Chinon region.

100% Sauvignon Blanc with a portion spending time in old oak barrels for added depth and complexity. Citrus notes and a fine line of minerality. Decant prior to drinking to allow it to open right up.
