Based in Saint Romain, this micro-Negociant (Making 15,000 bottles) has changed tack, making more serious wines of late. This is reflected in this AOC Bougogne Blanc that has diamond like texture, energy and verve. Although they still fall out of the appellation in style making more Chablis-esque wines. All the wines are barrel fermented, but old barrels. A producer on the rise for sure.
