Yann is native to Fleurie who spent many years in hospitality & winemaking before returning home. 

His winemaking and farming has a direct line to the true godfather of French Natural wine, Jules Chauvet. Jules, until his passing 1989, was crucial in developing tasting techniques, understanding yeast in soils & making wines less sterile. Yanns advisor is Jacques Neauport, the right hand man of jules.

All the wines are farmed organically. The wines all made with cold carbonic maceration with no added So2.

Coupe De Foudre is granite over sand soil raised in old barrels. A true example of the 'cru'.
