Whole bunch fermented Grolleau from the legend that is Sebastien Bobinet & Emeline Calvez. Saumur based but unusually focused on the marginal red grapes (normally being a Cabernet Franc region). This is a joyous, herby, lifted, peppery and silky red. A Lo-fi wine in every way, being sstripped back to the bare essentials. Open esky required, patch of sand or grass and positive people are the bare minimum.
