Mee started her small Domaine in 2013 in Morgon and has risen rapidly in terms of stature. Partly because her styles of wines reside more in the Rhone than here. She likes tannin and wants to make wines to age well, realising how well gamay does age. Winemaking is to ferment in concrete and then aged in large barrel. 

A very mineral wine that a steeped tea, clovey aromatics. This is the gamay to drink with your egotistical mate who thinks Burgundy is the be all. Seriosuly good, serious cellar special.
