Damien started as an agricultural engineer in Switzerland. He ended up working at Les Vignes De Paradis and then after two years with Ganevat in the Jura. 

These wines are very small scale, hard to find and ultiamtely very pure wines.

Violety aromatics overlayed with light satin tannnins.
