The First release of Momento Mori Amphora/ Terracotta Pot aged skin contact wines.

The grapes were co-fermented on their skins for 2 months in stainless steel and the pressed of into Clay Pots for 18 months. Due to the shape of the Amphora the wines were hand bottled.

The wine itself is pure, pulpy, fluid and fragrant, oh so fragrant. Jura Poulsard qualities in some ways. Wonderful drinking.
