Olek is one of those producers who seems like he's only been here for a second, yet his family have been producing these sorts of wines for 200 years. Proper old fashioned style of Dolcetto, before the fun police made everything in Piedmonte over thought. Really jumps out of the glass this wine, the ideal special occasion meal time red.
