Florian Lauer is a deep thinker. From farming, to packing, to no capsules, to using electric vehicles and to solar panels, these are wines made with upmost care in relation to the planet. All the wines are made differently according to soil used and as such different natural yeast strains.

Fass 25 is from the Eastern slopes of Scheidterberg and Rauberg. The wine has lots of texture for it's lean fresh style.
