Wines from Brouilly, can sometimes be quite big, being from a hotter part of the region. But these wines are mega fresh and fragrant. This is down to his farming, which is regenerative but most importantly his winemaking, which is more infusion style rather than aggressive extraction. As such it is dark fruited, but lithe, pure and suave. Fine, in many many ways.
