Since 2006 Sebastien has been making traditional and benchmark wines from Vouvray, the land of Chenin. Renaissance is based on Clay-Flint soils and aged in big format barrels. It's a quartzy and stoney expression with a real saline oyster quality to it. Wonderful wine. For chablis lovers.
