Marie & Vincent Tricot are part of that trailblazing set of producers in the volcanic Auvergne region close to Beaujolais. The actual vinyeard they bought in 2003 has been organic since 1971, exceptionally rare from that period in France. This gamay is made a-la Beauj with Carbonic maceration making it bouncy, full flavoured and juicy.
