Yves Roy, Olivier Guala & Yoshi Kuroda make negotiant wine out of the Jura under the Domaine O2Y name, sourcing high quality, extremely carefully farmed fruit. This cuvee was produced by Yoshi, who currently works for Emmanuel Houillon. The wine itself will present in different ways depending on where and when it is drunk. Like a lucky dip but the best kind. Fascinating stuff here. A definite pick up for any wine-o in your circle!
