This is the fifth release using fruit from old vine Grenache grown on sand. The wine is precise and remarkably light compared to some McLaren Grenache, but don't be fooled, there is plenty going on here - ripe fruit, concentration, sinewy tannins and refreshing acidity that keeps you sipping.
