A bright and textured Italian inspired white from Matt Aulich. Love this grapewith it's naturally generous stone fruit, bit of texture to get your teeth into and it's lovely colour. Anyone can enjoy it. For the uninitiated it's not like Sav, or like Chard, or like Riesling, so just give it a go! The worst thing to happen is you'll have to rethink your reference points.
