Minimal Intervention, Chilled Red

Variety: Pinot Noir/ Pinot Gris

Fleet are a producer on a constant rise. Nominated recently for Best New Winery for Gourmet Traveller Awards. This is in many ways similiar to the Burgundies of old, with mixed plantings of white and red grapes producing pure and elegant wines. 

This is aromatically gorgeous, silky, refreshing and just plain tasty.

A wonderful wine that should be in the fridge but drunk out of it.
