Steve Crawford aka Frederik Stevenson ahs been making Lo-Fi pure and vibrant wines for the better part of 15 years. Now based in central Adelaide in Bowden he is making wines from all the surrounding regions of the capital city.

This Dolcetto is very Italianate, in how it used to be. Dolcetto ripens quickly and the Italians miss the boat on ripeness at times (making boozy unfun tannic wines). This is pure fruited cherry juice with a nice sprinkle of rosemary. Great wine, great times.
