Tim Sproal has been making wines for over a decade now. At the start very raw sometimes funky but essentially characterful. The wines are made out of the BOOMTOWN  Co-Operative and the fruit comes from Landsborough Chapoutier. A pure and free flowing wine full of chinese five spice and sumac lift. A special little wine.
