Joss, Mel & Sarah are making some truly killer wines in the Adelaide hills. A wine of detail and intent. Fermented on it's lees in tank. Then put in old barrels for 8 months. It's characteristically Adelaide hills with it's combo of ripe stone fruit with mouth-pucking citrusy relief.
