Travis doesn't make two wines alike. This 21' Chardonnay shows all the hallmarks of the cool vintage with freshness but with varietal richness. Whats lovely about his wines is they don't seem to be made based upon other peoples perceptions, but according to Travis constantly tasting his ferments to a point of completion, a bit like cooking really.
