Modelled upon a naturally low ABV wild ale that speaks of our place. Made with our mixed wild culture and brewed naturally in French oak, this refreshing wild ale is also Certified Organic.

The decision to go down the Organic path with this wild ale was an easy one, considering the low ABV, we felt we needed maximum flavour and after trials with and without organic malts & hops, we were all in favour of the extra character & flavour created in using organic pale malts & organic NZ hops.
