So the story goes.

Eric Pfifferling was a Bee Keeper. He kept vines, farmed grapes and sold them to the local Co-Operative. In 2002 he decided to make his own wines. Jean Francois Nicq persuaded him, told him he would help him out. Nicq was well placed to persuade him, he was working at Vignerons d'Estezargues (Cote Du Rhone, made old school, exceptional ever-day wines, globally renowned).
