Delivery, Shipping and Returns
Shipping in Australia
We ship our orders with a third-party wine courier for Melbourne and Sydney metro and Australia Post for further afield. In most cases we deliver within 10km ourselves same day. Tracking numbers are provided by email at the time of shipment.
Persons ordering alcoholic beverages must be over 18 years of age. Alcoholic beverage deliveries must be received by a person over 18 at the time of delivery. We will work hard to keep our shipping rates reasonable whilst still getting your wine to you in a timely and safe manner.
If you experience any issues please get in touch and we do our best resolve them. Any order placed before 2pm is shipped same day Monday through Friday. Given the delicate nature of our products, we also try and avoid shipping in exceptionally hot weather. If we foresee any delays to your order, we will contact you immediately.
Orders of $99 or more receive free freight within Sydney and Melbourne metro.
If your order's total is less than $99 it will incur the "case rate" freight charge - a case is up to 12 bottles. This charge starts at $12.50 per case.
Bahama Express DeliveryThe majority of our Bahama Express orders are delivered to your door within the selected time slots. Occasionally a delivery may take longer, usually due to factors outside of our control, such as: severe traffic, unexpected road delays or when incorrect or unclear delivery details are provided - we will keep you informed if this is the case.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For Melbourne orders within 10km of Old Palm your order should be same or next day delivery. For wider Melbourne & Australia-wide, all deliveries should arrive 1-2 days from order date.
How do I know if my order has shipped?
When we ship your order, we will send you a confirmation email and text with a tracking number.
What do I do if I need to change my order or shipping information?
If you need to change your order or your shipping information, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can update your order. We may or may not be able to make the change, depending on how quickly you get in touch with us, but we will do our best.
Why was my order cancelled?
This is very unlikely to happen to you, but we do occasionally cancel orders due to shortage of product or suspicion of fraud. If we do cancel your order, we will contact you immediately with an explanation.
Can I return or exchange something?
We respect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
If in the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee we will happily exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase. All returns and exchanges are handled via email - email@example.com
