“Zero-Zero”
Means in theory ‘No Additions’ as in either chemical or natural derived compounds during the winemaking process, mostly relating to sulphur and/or yeast.

“Zero Sulphur/ Zero Sulphur Added”
That sulphur is not used in the fermentation process. Sulphur is a naturally derived compound that is a preserver in all fruit. By not adding it they are depending upon what is already present in the grapes to preserve the wine.
What a Lover would say “My wines are Zero-Sulphur, so as naturally made as possible”
What a Hater would say “But all wine has Sulphur right?!?”
“I’m Allergic to Sulphur”
Overuse of sulphur in wines can garnish a reaction in asthmatics. Avoid self-diagnosis on sulphur as you may actually have a Histemine issue derived from Biogenic Amines. Recent studies have shown Biogenic Amines to be highly prevalent in wines made a certain wines. Wines with high PH (Low acidity), high alcohol and low sulphur content being in that category.
What a Lover would say “I only drink Natural wines because i’m allergic to sulphur”
What a Hater would say “Yo, you’ve got hives on your arm from that Cotat Sancerre!”
“Organic Practises”
Relates to farming in an organic and ethical way. As in not using certain glyphosphates as herbicides and pesticides.
What a Lover would say “I make wines as naturally as possible, The grapes I use are farmed with organic practises”
What a Hater would say “What are the un-organic practices you use?”
“Organic Certified”
Has gone through the codified paperwork of being recognised as organic which is a 2/3 year process. You need to pay for certification but is the most sure fire way to know the fruit they use is ethically farmed.
What a Lover would say “I am certified organic”
What a Hater would say “Well, well done to you then, the earth thanks you”
“Glou-Glou”
Gluggable wine. Wine that barely hits the sides. Drinkable. Downable. Oh sh#t, the bottle is finished. 30 minute wine.
