As the Great Mace Said WELCOME BACK!

Climate change has not been kind to northerly European regions, changing the very nature of how these classic wines once tasted. The 2020's, although tasty, don't have the verve or energy of the 21's. The 21's tasting classic with acids that make you feel alive.

All the wines are 7.5% alcohol, balanced by residual sugar to perfection. The Spatlese spends a bit more time on the vine, getting richer, but with still those refreshing acids. Killer. Exotic. worth drinking over a couple of days, although open it will keep in the fridge for weeks.

A legendary producer that have a storied history. It's young, for Germany, first producing wine in 1911. But bought some of the greatest steeped vineyards along the Mosel River. Dr. Katherina Prüm is now in charge and is the custodian of 13.5 Hectares of old vines.
