WOW, this wine. A team favourite (especially of the Llama). Bright and spiced aromatics, really feels like the edge of Alsace. It has wonderfully soft tannin. Inviting, like a low lit room on a windy day.

Lorraine is the far north of Aslace, home of the Quiche. The wine was macerated on skins for 15 days before ageing a further 9 months.
