Son of the legendary Yvon Metras Jules made his first wines in 2014. A legendary vintage, one of the last classic Beaujolais vintages. The 2021 is back to that with elegance and purity, rather than some of the bigger 18-20's.

A blend of plots including one from Jules Chauvet, and another from 80 year old vines outside of his father’s home. Organic and Biodynamic.

It undergoes carbonic maceration in concrete tank and then ages in neutral oak with no sulphur added.

As Village Beaujolais goes this is pretty much the top.
