The grapes are grown on a steep westerly facing slope that sees belting summer sun and often is exposed to characteristic winds of the Adelaide Hills which do much to preserve fruit acids and flavours. This is darker fruited and plush Sangiovese with round and plump ripeness. It has great concentration and length.
