Callum Powell's Agricola is on the astronomical rise. Based in Flaxman Valley it is probably the most interesting sub regions of Barossa (Sami Odi & Ruggabelus are based here). 

The wines are all made in an old Cow Shed with low movement and cool fermenting temperatures. Garagiste winemaking. 

Fresher than many a Barossa Shiraz but not shy on flavour and intensity. Exceptionally long, framed by sense of place rather than the vessel it was aged in. Black olive tapenade & oyster sauce richness and savouriness. It has flesh and purity too. Would be hard to guess what it is. This is just the start of someone heading to the top. Drink now or for the next two decades at least/
