Bedouet is a small producer in the Nantais. Michel has been farming these vines Organically since 2010. 

The Grans Primos spends 12 months on it's lees (spent yeast that adds texture and flavour).

This sort of wine is a reminder that great muscadet is every bit as good as white burgundy for a fraction of the price.
