Olek is one of those producers who seems like he's only been here for a second, yet his family have been producing these sorts of wines for 200 years. The 2021 Langhe Nebbiolo shows finesse in many forms, tannins are wound tight but it's still bubbling with fruit and earth. Absolutely stunning.
