Mac Forbes has been consistently sold as the 'young upstart' in the Yarra. This wine shows only a glimpse of how far he's come. This vineyard no longer exists, a true unicorn wine.

Always deemed to be in the Burgundian spectrum of things, this really is with its earth, decadent fragrance and pure fruit. I mean, this is madness, barely shows glimmers of maturity, just an earthier spice quality. 

The kind of wine for fancy times or for entire Nina Simone records.
