Nada make these wines halfway classic, halfway modern. This being that it spends only 18th in barrel, and not 5000 litre barrels but smaller at 1000 & 3000 litre barrels. It helps soften these wines and more accesible early but without losing age ability. 

Casot as a cru is one of the greatest places to grow Nebbiolo in Barbaresco creating highly perfumed wines. 

This is utter magic, really shows it's class and quiet power. A bargain these days for these sorts of wines with age,
