Sashi is making avant-garde, interesting and downright delicious wines in Red Hill. This is unlike any Gris you've had from that area. Inspired by Pheasants tear (The cult Georgian Wine), it is endlessly complex. I mean, yeah, a list of flavours: Billy Buttons, Red gum wood smoke, dried rose, fenugreek....There is more, but to list takes awy from the whole. It's just proper good.
