A former collaborator with Frederic Cossard in Burgundy he bought land in Collioure, close to the border with spain. Here is rugged country and his old vines are based on terraced vineyards. 

Normally wines from this region are rich and rustic, which this has, but with added aromatic freshness, vitality and drinkability. A special Minimal Intervention wine from one of France's best.
