Caroline Ledente, a fromer sommelier, worked under Yves Perron in Savoie which is where she is now based. Farming biodynamically and making exceptionally pure wines. 

This jacquere, glass like in texture, is as pure as the mountain water from this hilltop region. Kind of like riesling, more like Aligote, but completely itself. A real benchmark of this grape, refined as a diamond.
