Chateau Acid is the brainchild of Charlie O'Brian (Heaps Decent, Art Organisation) & Simon Jones (Lo-Fi, Wine Importer).

 

This Syrah is from Simons home block that he farms close to Pat Sullivan & Bill Downie. It's a Rhone styled Syrah full of a savoury core and peppery lamb fat aromatics. A wonderful wine and hard to guess where it's from.
